WHEN SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive your tracking number and you can check the progress if you have a customer account.
WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email from Beginnings Baby with your order summary. You may expect to receive the item within 3-5 working days for Metro Manila orders, and 5-7 working days for provincial orders, after receiving the order confirmation. However, please expect some delays during the quarantine period. Thank you for your patience and understanding
We do not ship on weekends & holidays, and cut off time for orders will be 5PM. Orders after 5PM will be processed the next working day. Orders that come in on Fridays will be processed on the following business day.

We can delivery all your baby needs as soon as tomorrow!
- Applicable only for Metro Manila, except for the following areas at the moment: Valenzuela, Caloocan, Parañaque.
- Not applicable during weekends and holidays.
- Only applicable for orders received on weekdays before 3pm, except Fridays.
- If your orders come in before 3pm on a Friday, it will be processed the following business day.
- Should there be any changes in your order or delivery option, please cancel your order within 6 hours from the time it was placed, and create a new order with correct details.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund or exchange within 14 working days of our receipt of your email.
REFUND AMOUNT
We recommend that you send your return back email with tracking number to prevent any problems with a lost package.
100% refund will be returned as long as conditions are met.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for another product please specify in the email.
Kindly note that the items must be in the original condition with tags, unworn, and in the proper packaging - items that are used cannot be accepted for return. :)
