When receiving your order

You will receive a confirmation email from Beginnings Baby with your order summary. You may expect to receive the item within 3-5 working days (Metro Manila) and 7-10 working days (Provincial) after receiving the order confirmation. However, please expect some delays since we are still under the General Community Quarantine (GCQ). We do not process and ship on weekends and holidays, and cut off time for orders is at 3PM. Orders after 3PM will be processed the next working day. Except for orders that come on Fridays, these orders are processed on the Monday that follows.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy, so make sure you arrange your returns & exchanges before your cut off date.
